Denis Rabinovich – Neurocore

About Denis

Denis is a Physiotherapy Resident with a strong interest in neurological and orthopaedic rehabilitation. He is passionate about providing inclusive, individualized care that addresses both physical function and patient goals across all stages of recovery.

Denis’s education includes:

  • Master of Science in Physiotherapy, Robert Gordon University (Scotland)
  • Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, York University

Denis’s post-graduate professional development includes:

  • Certified Movement Educator in Restorative Pilates
  • Certificate in Fitness Assessment and Exercise Counselling (York University)
  • Ongoing study in neurological rehabilitation, stroke recovery, and functional movement

Denis’s clinical experience includes his final placement and subsequent role as a physiotherapy assistant at Neurocore, where he worked with individuals across the lifespan with neurological and orthopaedic conditions. He also completed clinical placements in acute care, community rehabilitation, and stroke rehabilitation across Scotland, which expanded his understanding of diverse healthcare systems and strengthened his focus on holistic, patient-centred care.

Denis is dedicated to lifelong learning and continues to pursue advanced training in movement analysis, inclusive care, and neurorehabilitation. He strives to reduce barriers to care and believes in the power of therapeutic movement, open communication, and education to support long-term recovery.

He is a Registered Physiotherapy in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario and is fluent in English and Russian. Denis is pleased to provide care in both languages.
