Robert Glean
RMT, Certified Fascial Stretch Therapist
About Robert
Robert Glean has been a registered massage therapist for 15 years, having graduated from the Sutherland-Chan Teaching and Clinic in 2004. He is also a fascial stretch therapist, an instructor with Stretch to Win Canada, and a structural movement educator unlike any other massage therapist!
Robert promotes tissue health with proper position and movement. He believes that the body needs to learn how to function through arranged movement patterns, and that many individuals quickly forget what it means to move without pain or to have range of motion without muscle tension.
Robert combines his knowledge of fascial stretch therapy with neurological tests, vision training, functional assessment, and manual therapy to unlock the very painful threat responses that prevent people from moving and feeling better.
Robert has integrated this approach of therapies with a wide range of populations, such as young children and athletes in sports such as soccer, basketball, football, tennis, crossfit, and baseball. He also works with a variety of neurological conditions including CP, MS, Parkinsons, Concussion, Spinal Cord Injury, Stroke, Dystonia, and Clippers. In sum, Robert can assist anyone that wants to feel like themselves again.
