During her undergraduate degree, Nicole took part in several practical based courses, which allowed her to integrate theory into practice. After taking multiple courses centered around adapted physical activity and education, Nicole contributed as an executive member of the University of Toronto’s Motionball Marathon of Sport committee. As a member of Motionball, Nicole had the pleasure of working alongside members of Canada’s Special Olympics team to design and lead weekly recreational physical activity classes and organize the annual sports tournament.
Nicole strives to use her combined educational experience and personal experience with human movement and physical activity to guide individuals of varying ages and abilities to reach their goals. Nicole is dedicated to continuing her education and professional development in order to provide optimal care to clients.
