About Carole
Carole & her partner Rich Vander Wal co-found Neurocore Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Centre Inc. in 2007. After working in several work environments, Carole & Rich became aware of the growing need for one-on-one neuro and ortho rehab in the York region area. Their mission was to create a modern and integrative therapeutic environment where all individuals feel supported, encouraged and valued.

- Private & Group Pilates instruction
Carole is a Registered Physiotherapist in Ontario and a member of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association- Neurosciences Division, as well as the Ontario College of Teachers. Carole values education and research in Spine care and is a member of AOSpine- a leading global academic community. She is a Clinical Instructor and has been a Small Group Facilitator for Physiotherapy students at the University of Toronto. Carole also helps orient Neurocore volunteers.
Carole has a special interest in neuro and complex ortho rehab with the focus of providing clients with the confidence to explore creative movement in order to reach their physical goals & potential. Her philosophy is that personalized and guided therapy complement the journey of self-healing.
